SMS / Text Message Terms
Effective May 27, 2026 · Last updated May 27, 2026 · Version 2026-05-27.1
We do not currently run a recurring SMS marketing program. This page exists in advance so the policy is in place if and when we do. Today, the only text messages you would receive from us are direct, one-to-one project communications after you explicitly request them.
1. Program description
If Gold Coast Home Services launches an SMS program, this page will describe what the program sends (e.g., appointment reminders, seasonal maintenance reminders), the expected message frequency, and the carriers involved.
2. Consent
You will never be opted into SMS without your explicit, separate consent. Marketing consent on our lead forms is for email by default — SMS will require its own checkbox or sign-up.
3. Cost
Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan.
4. Opting out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
5. Privacy
SMS opt-in data, phone numbers, and message logs are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or transfer phone numbers or opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
6. Supported carriers
Major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Metro PCS, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
