1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
We collect only the minimum information needed to respond to your inquiry and perform the work you ask us to do.
- Contact information you submit through our quote or maintenance-plan forms: name, phone, email, property city, property type, and the message you write.
- Communications: text messages, emails, or calls you send us.
- Basic technical data automatically logged by our web server (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. We do not currently run analytics, ad pixels, or behavioral tracking. If we add any in the future, they will be disclosed here and gated behind the cookie banner.
We do not collect: government IDs, biometric data, precise geolocation, financial account numbers, or any "sensitive personal information" as defined by California law.
3. Children
This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. If you are under 13, please do not submit information through this site. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

5. How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, ever. We share it only with:
- Service providers we use to operate the business — for example, our website host (Coolify on our own server), email/SMS provider, and payment processor — and only the minimum data they need to perform their function.
- Trusted licensed third-party contractors we refer you to for work that requires a California contractor license, only with your knowledge and request. You contract with the licensed contractor directly.
- Government or law enforcement if required by valid legal process.
We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising and we do not "sell" or "share" personal information for advertising purposes under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
6. How long we keep information
- Lead form submissions: up to 24 months from last contact.
- Client project records (estimates, invoices, photos): up to 7 years for tax, warranty, and legal-defense purposes.
- Marketing subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
- Server logs: 30 days unless we need to retain them for a specific security investigation.
7. Your California rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you.
- Access or receive a copy of that information.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. (We do not sell or share your personal information.)
